Services
CHNG Solutions LLC provides general contracting, roofing, storm damage restoration, water mitigation, siding, and related construction services in Texas. All services are subject to a written contract agreed upon by both parties prior to commencement of work.
Estimates and Quotes
Free estimates provided through this website are non-binding. Final pricing is determined after an on-site inspection and is formalized in a written agreement. Prices are subject to change based on actual scope of work.
Payments
Payment terms are outlined in your individual service contract. Online invoice payments processed through this website are handled securely via Stripe. CHNG Solutions does not store your payment card information.
Limitation of Liability
CHNG Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services beyond the value of the services rendered. All work is performed by licensed and insured professionals.
Cancellations & Refunds
You may cancel a scheduled estimate or consultation at any time before the appointment with no charge. For contracted work, cancellation terms are outlined in your individual service agreement. Deposits are non-refundable once materials have been ordered or work has commenced. Invoice payments made online are final once a payment receipt has been issued, except where work has not yet begun.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Travis County, Texas.
